Job summary

King David Post Acute Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an Environmental Services Floor Care Supervisor to oversee floor care and maintenance throughout the facility in Beachwood, Ohio. Responsibilities include operating floor machines, maintaining logs, and ensuring safety and infection control standards are met.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of Environmental Services experience, with preference for prior floor care experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs all types of floor care and maintenance throughout the facility, including hard surfaces and carpeting.
• Adheres to organizational safety, risk management and infection control standards; promotes a culture of safety.
• Maintains floor care logs and checklists; operates equipment safely per safety standards.
• Participates in departmental performance improvement initiatives and special projects as needed.
• Removes waste and disposes into appropriate streams (regulated medical, recycle, solid, hazardous).
• Follows infection prevention practices and PPE usage; respects HIPAA requirements.
