Job summary

Aramark Corporation is seeking an Environmental Services Director for Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH. You will oversee EVS and Linen Distribution, drive cleanliness and patient safety, and lead a Monday–Friday schedule with potential variations.

Responsibilities include operational leadership, financial performance, safety, and staff development to elevate patient satisfaction scores. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered and comprehensive benefits accompany VAC, PTO and HOL.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2+ years in an Environmental Services Director role or 3+ years in an Environmental Services Manager role within healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Healthcare experience within an acute care hospital is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, controls and directs all cleaning, sanitizing, floor care and waste removal functions within a healthcare facility to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives and customer needs.
• Overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of the unit.
• Model key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients and consumers.
• Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved.
• Reward and recognize employees.
• Identify and engage top talent and develop team members to their fullest potential within the organization.
• Plan and lead team management meetings.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.

In this Environmental Services Director role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations in the Environmental Services Department at Catholic Medical Center, located in Manchester, NH. This position will manage day to day operations in EVS and Linen Distribution. You will be responsible for overall cleanliness of the facility, ensure the hospital stays clean and safe, patient room cleaning, floor care and waste removal. Additionally, you will be responsible for improving patient satisfaction scores.

Aramark offers a comprehensive benefits package along with VAC, PTO and HOL. This is primarily a Monday through Friday position, although it could vary at times.

• CHESP preferred; CHEST, RESE or CESE are helpful
