Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Custodial Worker 2 for University Hospital. Under supervision you will perform custodial tasks using advanced cleaning methods to meet health, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.

Minimum qualifications include six months custodial experience and basic arithmetic, plus ability to read and write. Certification testing from recognized programs (CMI, 3M, S.M.A.R.T.) is required or encouraged.

Qualifications

• Six months custodial work desired and/or equivalent experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers.
• The ability to read and write common vocabulary is a plus.
• Successful completion of department specific advanced custodian certification testing (examples include Cleaning Management Institute, 3M(TM), S.M.A.R.T. Program, or other certification programs recognized in the cleaning industry as reputable).
