Sodexo in Gilbert, AZ seeks an Environmental Services (EVS) Manager for the new Women’s and Children’s Pavilion opening February 2027. Lead frontline EVS teams to ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency; oversee scheduling, training, and daily operations to create a welcoming environment. Primary schedule is first shift, with flexibility for alternate shifts.

We are seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Manager for the new Women's and Children's Pavilion in Gilbert, AZ. Opening in February 2027, this 56-bed facility offers an opportunity to assist with operational readiness and opening preparations.

The ideal candidate will have prior EVS experience, preferably in healthcare, and be flexible to work alternate shifts as needed, although the primary schedule will be first shift. The ability to speak Spanish would be helpful.

About the job

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee frontline environmental services teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. You’ll play a key part in scheduling, training, and supporting daily operations, helping create a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range

$61710 per year - $79860 per year
