Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services General Manager for healthcare to oversee the housekeeping team for Eagleville. The successful candidate will work Day Shift (6:30AM to 3PM) managing a team of 35, working every other weekend as needs dictate.

You will guide daily operations, lead weekly huddles, and drive safety, quality, and service excellence. Strong healthcare environmental services leadership and budget oversight are essential in this essential leadership role.

Overall will manage daily interaction, weekly huddles, and meetings. Prior Environmental Service management experience in a health care/hospital environment would be helpful.

In this essential leadership role, you’ll be responsible for guiding environmental services operations to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You’ll manage day-to-day performance, oversee budgets, and champion safety while inspiring your team to meet and exceed service expectations.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager’s ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $70975 - $91850

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
