The ENS sales team (EST) Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for proactive, action-oriented sales for all ENS services (engineering and construction) within a specific market, region, account, initiative, or technical area. The BDM should have a strong presence in the environmental services industry, with established relationships and success in building new client connections that lead to sales of consulting (engineering) or construction services. Key responsibilities include:
This role focuses on the industrial market sector, including industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, automotive, pharmaceuticals, mining, and emerging opportunities. It is a strategic, client-facing role involving direct sales, environmental strategy development, and leadership of a team of account managers and initiative leaders.

Compensation: $100,000 - $430,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Includes base salary and potential bonus.
