Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a nighttime sanitation worker to support hospital operations at 2014 Washington Street, Newton. The role focuses on thorough cleaning, sanitization, and safe waste disposal to prevent disease spread.

Responsibilities include following infection-control guidelines, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining clean patient and non-patient areas while participating in department meetings. Consideration given to candidates with 0–1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Some High School Completed required.
• Experience: 0-1 year preferred.

• Operates assigned equipment, (floor machines, buffers).
• Participates in a minimum of eight unit/department meetings annually.
• Maintain assigned patient and non-patient areas in a clean, safe and sanitary condition at all times.

Job Summary

Responsible for performing work aimed at preventing the spread of any diseases by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing areas, properly disposing of hazardous waste, and efficiently sterilizing equipment and apparatuses.
