Shift: Full-Time
Maintains resident laundry areas including mopping floors and washing walls regularlyWashes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requestedKeeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly conditionDisinfects and sterilizes equipment and suppliesStocks cleaning cart with suppliesEmpties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal areaEnsures with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are cleanCompletes maintenance work orders for any maintenance repairs neededReports resident issues or changes in health or living status promptlyReports potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance related issues promptly to SupervisorMay perform other duties as assigned

Compensation: $17-17.50/hr
