Job summary

Heritage Valley Beaver in Beaver, PA is seeking an Environmental Services staff member to maintain a safe and sanitary environment across HVHS facilities, supporting the Environmental Services mission to deliver quality cleaning and sanitation. The role requires basic reading and writing skills, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and compliance with clearance requirements within 90 days.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with two years of health care housekeeping

• Must be able to read and write, and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Successful completion of applicable clearances within 90 days of commencing employment.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Two years previous experience in a health care setting

Work Hours: Full-Time. Evening Hours with a rotation of weekends and holidays

Basic Functions: To provide an environment that is safe and sanitary throughout HVHS and support the Environmental Services mission statement of providing quality services the first time, every time.

Qualifications:

Required: Must be able to read and write, and understand written and verbal instructions.

Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Two years previous experience in a health care setting.
