Job summary

Brookestone View is seeking an Environmental Services Assistant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home for residents, families, visitors, and staff at our 60-bed skilled nursing community in Broken Bow, Nebraska.

You will follow sanitation procedures, clean resident rooms and common areas, and support the overall resident experience. Training is provided, with weekend and weekday shift opportunities to fit part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, custodial, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
• Reliable, dependable, professional, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Training and support available for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, and common spaces.
• Follow sanitation and infection prevention procedures.
• Ensure a safe and pleasant environment throughout the facility.
• Respond courteously to resident and visitor needs.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness standards across the community.
• Support the resident experience through quality service and attention to detail.
