Job summary

Brookestone View is seeking an Environmental Services Assistant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff. You will help ensure a comfortable living space and uphold our commitment to exceptional care.

We offer training for motivated individuals and provide a supportive workplace culture with opportunities for career growth and development. Every other weekend and one weekday shift each week are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, custodial, environmental services, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
• Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and with a team while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, and common spaces.
• Follow sanitation and infection prevention procedures.
• Ensure a safe and pleasant environment throughout the facility.
• Respond courteously to resident and visitor needs.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across the community.
• Support the resident experience through quality service and attention to detail.

Position Overview

As an Environmental Services Assistant, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and fellow team members. Your attention to detail helps support resident comfort and contributes to our commitment to exceptional care.

Primary Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, and common spaces
• Follow established sanitation and infection prevention procedures
• Ensure a safe and pleasant environment throughout the facility
• Respond courteously to resident and visitor needs
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness standards across the community
• Support the overall resident experience through quality service and attention to detail

Schedule

We are currently seeking a team member available for:

• Every other weekend
• One weekday shift each week

Qualifications

We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds. Previous housekeeping, hospitality, custodial, environmental services, or customer service experience is beneficial, but not required.
