We are looking for an Environmental Services Supervisor to join our Senior living team in Roseville, MN! This role supervisespreventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment. Supervises and t rains housekeeping staff. This environmental services/housekeeping leader schedule includes;

• 80 hours every two weeks
• Full time day shifts
• Weekends as needed for on call

Amira Choice Roseville at Lexington is a beautiful, well-designed care and living community that offers the highest level of distinction for our senior residents. We offer 80 senior units with a mix of Independent/Assisted Living as well as Memory Care and Care Suites. Our community is adjacent to both Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN and is near public transportation making it a convenient location for our employees. Responsibilities:

• Repairs items found deficient by maintenance or requested by work orders
• Establishes and follows Preventative Maintenance Program using an electronic work management platform or CMMS
• Removes snow from sidewalks and walkways and uses ice melt on sidewalks as needed
• Keeps grounds safe and looking neat and attractive
• Trains and provides ongoing support to staff
• Completes cleaning duties on the daily assignment sheet including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning toilets, sinks, etc
• Provides 24/7 emergency On-Call response for the entire campus per rotating schedule

Required Qualification:

• Current Driver's License (in good standing)
• Comfortable with using Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 year previous experience
• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree – Industrial energy or related field
• Special Boilers License
