POSITION SUMMARY
The purpose of this job is to clean all designated Williamson Health facilities using the proper procedures and equipment as assigned by Environmental Service management. All WH Policies and Procedures and Standards of Performance will be followed at all times.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education / Training:
High school diploma preferred or equivalent work experience.
Workplace Experience:
Cleaning experience preferred or any successful work experience that has shown the candidate has the ability to learn.
Equipment and Skills Training:
Experience operating any cleaning tools preferred or the ability to learn to operate tools as needed. Must be able to communicate in English on their own for safety purposes. Must possess the interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good relationships with co-workers.
Physical Environment:
All assigned areas of WH including offices, departments, corridors, and clinical areas.
Physical Effort:
Prolonged standing, stooping, bending, pulling, pushing, walking, and carrying objects weighing up to 45 pounds. The job requires manual dexterity and the ability to move the hand easily and skillfully. Must be able to see, balance, stoop, crouch, reach, feel, and communicate.
