The Village at Orchard Ridge invites you to join our team as an Environmental Services Aide (Housekeeper). In this role, you will maintain resident apartments and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.

With a passion for service and attention to detail, you’ll ensure a welcoming environment that residents are proud to call home. The position offers competitive pay between $15.50 - $18.00/hour based on experience along with great benefits, including up to 5 weeks of PTO.

We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Aide (Housekeeper) who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a positive impact every day.

Pay Range: $15.50 - $18.00/hour (Final offer based on candidate's experience and culinary skills)

In this role, you will help ensure that resident apartments, common areas, and community spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will help create a welcoming atmosphere that residents, families, and team members are proud to call home.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas according to established standards.
• Perform routine housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and waste removal.
• Maintain cleanliness of furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
• Replenish supplies and ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas remain organized.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and environmental services procedures.
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and concerns.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
• Support a positive, resident-centered environment through exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, environmental services, janitorial, or hospitality experience.
• Experience working in a healthcare, senior living or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and infection prevention practices.
