Job Location: Downtown Family Health Center - Phoenix, AZ 85007

Essential Duties

• Performs a variety of assigned cleaning tasks; including dusting, mopping, scrubbing, disinfecting, and vacuuming.
• May perform special projects such as window washing, wall washing, and removing heavily soiled items or furnishings.
• Inventories, restocks and replenishes supplies such as toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, etcetera, located in all assigned areas of the facility.
• Responds to questions and requests from patients, staff, and visitors. Meets or exceeds goals for customer service satisfaction.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of floor closets; removes trash, wipes down shelves/counters, sweeps and mops the floor.
• Under regular supervision, this position has responsibility only at an assigned facility/area. Internal customers include facility staff, physicians, nurses, patients, visitors, supervisors, managers, and executives. External customers include visitors, patients, and employees from other company and non‑company facilities.
