Job summary

Lifepoint Health® is seeking an Environmental Services Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary hospital environment across patient rooms, public areas, and offices. The role supports infection control and contributes to a positive patient experience through organized cleaning and timely tasks.

The position requires performing routine cleaning tasks, following schedules, and adhering to infection control policies while communicating effectively with patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms, restrooms, lounges, offices, corridors, walls and windows per daily schedule.

• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor scrubbers.
• Collect and remove trash from all areas daily.
• Stock linens throughout the hospital to ensure unit readiness.
• Adhere to infection control policies and report safety hazards to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
