Innovative Integrated Health Inc. seeks an Environmental Services Representative to maintain clean, safe, and sanitary facilities for senior participants in Central and Southern California.

You will perform cleaning procedures in patient care areas, stock supplies, and support center operations while upholding IIH's core values. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience with frail or elderly populations and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population.
• Experience in Environmental Services preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning procedures for patient care areas and facilities.
• Ensure rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Notify supervisor of damages or discrepancies; restock supplies as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety rules and SDS guidelines.

The EVS representative will maintain participant and non-participant areas in a clean, safe and sanitary condition, while supporting and displaying the company’s core values on a daily basis.Job Specific DutiesDuties include, but are not limited to:Adhere to the company policy on confidentiality as well as adhere to all program policies and procedures.Performs cleaning procedures for patient care areas, such as but not limited to, medical equipment, medical furniture, spills of blood and body substances.Ensures all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standardsNotifies supervisor on any damages, deficits and disturbancesHandles reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patienceEnsures appropriate stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriateAdheres strictly to rules regarding health and safety and demonstrates awareness of company-related practicesUnderstands the principles of Cleaning and Disinfecting environmental surfaces and ensures they are followedUnderstands the levels of disinfection and ensures they are followed.Understands and locates the SDS (Safety Data Sheets) in the facility.
