Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team at a senior living campus in New Albany, OH. The role is full time, first shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, with pay between $14.00 and $15.00 per hour and a full benefits package.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and maintaining cleaning charts. Prior housekeeping experience is required; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience required.
• Healthcare environment or senior living community experience is a plus.
• High school diploma/GED or 1–3 years of related experience.
• Must pass FBI/BCI background check, drug test, TB test, and sanctions check.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and dusting assigned residential rooms and common areas.
• Clean Windows and mirrors; clean and supply restrooms.
• Remove waste and empty trash.

Responsibilitiesfor theHousekeeper position include:

• Vacuuming, moping, sweeping, and dusting assigned residential rooms and common areas in a senior living community.
• Cleaning windows and mirrors, cleaning and supplying restrooms.
• Removing waste and emptying trash.
• Maintaining cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected.
• Replenishing cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Organizing janitorial storage areas.
• Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance.
• Assisting as needed in other specialty areas of the building, including janitorial and laundry.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirementsfor theHousekeeper position include:

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience required.
• Previous experience in healthcare environment or senior living community is a plus.
• A solid work history with excellent attendance & punctuality. Attendance is critical to this position.
• High school diploma/GED OR 1 to 3 years of related experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to complete required safety classes.
• Self-motivated with excellent customer service skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to pass FBI/BCI background check, drug test, TB test, and sanctions check for working in a health care facility.
