Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay: $22/hr

This position involves working at various locations on client premises. The individual will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of facilities in commercial, healthcare, educational, or other establishments.

MUST HAVE:

• Fire Resistant Jeans, Fire Resistant Long-Sleeved Shirts, and Steel Toe Boots
• TWIC Card, DISA Background Check, and DISA Drug Testing
• Must be at least 18 years old, pass background screening, and have reliable transportation

Overview: The Environmental Services Attendant is vital in ensuring a clean and safe environment within our facility. This role requires experience in commercial cleaning and a commitment to hygiene protocols, especially in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning and sanitization of patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment following OSHA safety guidelines.
• Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
• Follow infection control protocols to prevent pathogen spread.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning tasks performed.

Requirements:

• Experience in custodial or environmental services, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations related to cleaning chemicals and safety.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify areas needing improvement.
• Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina for manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
