Job summary

Rnrresortmd Environmental Services Attendant position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the resort, including the hotel, restaurants, game room and public spaces.

The role requires cleaning floors, windows, walls and restrooms, while delivering friendly guest service and supporting team members to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Environmental Services Attendant is responsible for maintaining all levels of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Resort to include all aspects of cleaning in the hotel, restaurants, game room and public spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.


• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Core Responsibilities

• Welcomes and interacts with guests and other team members with a genuine display of caring and friendliness.


• Cleaning all floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators.


• Vacuuming all floors.


• Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking all restrooms.


• Mopping floors in public spaces, including areas of the hotel, restaurants, game room and all restrooms.


• Responsible for removing all trash and debris from the floors and trash cans. Trash and debris to be deposited in the outside dumpster area.


• Make every effort to create a safe and accident-free environment. Make our guests feel safe, creating a worry-free, care-free experience.


• Communicate ideas to upper management to improve productivity.


• Ensure guests enjoy a positive experience due to the cleanliness of the property.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Position requires sitting, hand-eye coordination, stooping, kneeling and walking/standing for multiple hours in succession. This position may on occasion require lifting, carrying, pulling, or pushing of up to approximately 21-50 pounds. Team members must wear all the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job duties. This position may be required to clean the indoor smoking area.
