Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Phase I ESA standards (ASTM E1527) and Phase II ESA methodology.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments (ESAs).
  • Prepare clear technical reports and documentation for client delivery.
  • Provide onsite Community Air Monitoring Plans (CAMP) and remediation oversight.

Who We’re Looking For:

A motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts well to change. You should possess excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to customer service and safety. Candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision, learn quickly, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience conducting environmental due diligence or similar environmental consulting work.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, client management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Certifications:
    • Certifications like CHMM, 40 Hour HAZWOPER, Radon, 10/30 Hour Construction Safety are desirable but not required.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Mastery of the English language – written and spoken.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Familiarity with Phase I ESA standards (ASTM E1527) and Phase II ESA methodology.
    • Experience with environmental sampling techniques (soil, groundwater, vapor).
    • GIS or CAD experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments (ESAs), providing community air monitoring plans (CAMP) and remediation oversight, preparing technical reports, evaluating environmental risks, and supporting clients in navigating environmental regulations and property transactions. This role requires strong analytical skills, fieldwork experience, and the ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.

  • Conduct Phase II Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Provide onsite Community Air Monitoring Plans (CAMP) and soil/groundwater remediation oversight.
  • Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with ASTM E1527 and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and accurate technical reports and documentation for client delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, laboratories, and internal staff for field activities and data collection.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates for due diligence projects.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of due diligence processes.
