Job summary

HZW Environmental Consultants, LLC is seeking an Environmental Scientist to lead Phase I and II assessments, conduct site investigations, and support clients through the due diligence process for real estate and redevelopment projects. You will work closely with VAP Certified Professionals and Geologists to implement remediation strategies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Geology, 5+ years of Phase I ESA experience, and strong report-writing abilities.
