  • Perform historical site review and review applicable regulations, as appropriate.
  • Preparation of written reports, proposals, cost estimates, and other client deliverables, including Phase I and Phase II ESAs.

  • Assist the project management team throughout the project lifecycle, including cost estimating, scheduling, subcontracting, resource allocation, project planning, task delegation, and financial management.
  • Travel to local project sites, with occasional overnight stays.
Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional services consulting experience that includes execution of UST investigation and regulatory compliance, PADEP Act II Land Recycling Program investigations, evaluation of environmental data, and presentation of technical solutions in a variety of written and oral formats.
  • Strong working knowledge of methodologies and procedures for due diligence, soil/groundwater investigations, remediation, and environmental compliance/permitting
  • Exceptional technical writing skills for documenting findings, preparing high‑quality reports, and developing regulatory submittals
  • Clear, organized communication skills for effectively conveying technical information to both internal teams and external clients
  • Strong administrative and organizational abilities to manage project documentation, maintain accurate records, track milestones/deadlines, and support data management
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to field conditions
