FRAME Technical Services, LLC is seeking an Environmental Scientist to support the Land Stewardship Program, including planning, land use plan implementation, real estate records management, borrow pit management, and GPS/GIS support. The role requires a motivated, organized, detail-oriented professional able to work in a team or independently in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a four-year degree in a relevant field and several years of GPS and ArcGIS experience.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency.
• B.S./B.A. in a science, engineering, geography, urban planning, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ GPS support experience for field inspections and assessments.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience using ESRI ArcGIS (e.g., ArcGIS Pro) for spatial tasks and map creation.
• Experience must be consistent with the material presented.

Responsibilities

• Support Land Stewardship Program planning and land use plan implementation.
• Manage real estate records and borrow pit management.
• Provide GPS and GIS support and assist with travel expense reporting.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, on a team or independently.

FRAME Technical Services is seeking an Environmental Scientist to support Land Stewardship Program support for planning, land use plan implementation, real estate records management, borrow pit management, post cleanup surveillance and maintenance, GPS and GIS support and travel expense reporting. The successful candidates will be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individuals who can work well on a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Shall be U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents.
• Must have a four-year degree in a science, engineering, geography, urban planning or related fields.
• Subcontractor must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience providing GPS support for field inspections and assessments.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience using ESRI ArcGIS software (e.g., ArcGIS Pro) to be able conduct tasks such as spatial analysis, imagery, georectification, and create features (e.g., points, lines and polygons) for maps.
• Experience must be consistent with the material being presented.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on the Hanford Site

Schedule

Typical work schedule is a 4x10, working Monday through Thursday.
