Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Scientist with 5+ years of experience to lead Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments in the New York area.

The role involves managing projects end-to-end, conducting inspections, and performing subsurface investigations. You will gather environmental data, analyze soil, groundwater, and soil vapor samples, and prepare ASTM-compliant reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
• Proven ability to manage ESA projects from start to finish.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating with clients, contractors, laboratories, and regulatory agencies.
