Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering and/or Physical Science.
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing environmental investigations or restoration activities.
• Experience drafting Scopes of Work, cost estimates, and tracking contractor deliverables.
• Strong writing and verbal communication for management, regulators, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and decision documents.
• Plan, schedule, budgets, and coordinate restoration projects.
• Guide contractors and verify conformance to plans and contracts.
• Interpret and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws and policies.
• Develop funding strategies and acquisition approaches.
• Prepare Scopes of Work and Government Estimates; negotiate and manage contracts.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and community stakeholders.
