Topographic, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Project Manager II - Remediation to support and manage environmental assessment, remediation, and regulatory compliance projects across Oklahoma.

You will oversee field investigations, corrective action activities, regulatory reporting, budget tracking, and client communication to ensure OCC PSTD and other standards are met. Qualifications

• Understanding of environmental investigation and remediation practices.
• Knowledge of petroleum-contaminated soil and groundwater assessment techniques.
• Familiarity with Oklahoma UST regulations and remediation programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to interpret analytical data and prepare technical recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple UST assessment and remediation projects under the direction of senior staff.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and work plans.
• Track project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate subcontractors, drilling activities, laboratory services, and remediation contractors.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Conduct and oversee soil and groundwater investigations and site assessments.
• Monitor installation and sampling programs for wells and remediation systems.
• Interpret environmental data and assist in developing corrective action strategies.
• Maintain accurate field documentation and data management records.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and communicate project status.
