Job summary

Earth Systems in the United States is seeking a Laborer for environmental remediation and restoration projects. This role involves hands-on fieldwork, assisting in site prep, debris removal, and spatial setup to support Foreman/Project Manager.

The Laborer must be safe, environmentally aware, and able to work outdoors in varying conditions, assisting in site cleanup and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with clean 5-year MVR.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor in support of environmental cleanup, construction, and remediation projects.
• Assist equipment operators by hand-digging, spotting, and preparing areas inaccessible to heavy machinery.
• Operate hand and power tools safely for site maintenance and debris removal.
• Remove waste and contaminated materials to maintain a safe site.
• Set up and breakdown work areas, barriers, containment systems, and erosion controls.
• Maintain silt fences, berms, and stormwater controls.
• Perform snow and ice removal to ensure site accessibility.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and hazard analyses.
• Keep tools, vehicles, and work areas clean and safe.
