Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Environmental Policy, Law, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related discipline.
• Master’s or advanced degree preferred; legal training strongly preferred.
• Experience in environmental/regulatory policy and emerging product regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading global initiatives and cross-functional teams across boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory sensing and analysis for environmental and product non-emissions regulatory areas.
• Anticipate regulatory developments and provide actionable recommendations to leaders and product teams.
• Develop and lead company regulatory positions and advocacy strategies.
• Lead cross-functional regulatory advocacy programs with Engineering, Compliance, Product, Legal, and Government Relations.
