Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson seeks an associate with experience in environmental regulatory matters to assist clients through state and federal regulatory processes, including permitting, compliance programs, and enforcement matters. Clean Air Act experience or strong interest in air quality is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, is licensed or willing to waive into the Colorado Bar, and has 2–4 years of relevant experience with a collaborative work style.

Formación

• JD with license to practice law in Colorado or willing to waive into the Colorado Bar.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Collaborative work style in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on a wide range of environmental regulatory matters.
• Support rule and guidance development, permitting and compliance programs.
• Assist with enforcement and administrative litigation matters; support air quality initiatives.
