Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in environmental consulting, due diligence, or risk management.
• Extensive knowledge of ASTM-1527-05 and environmental assessment processes.
• Proficient in project estimating and proposal generation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from proposal to final report.
• Perform quality assurance reviews for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
• Effectively communicate project expectations and updates to clients.
