    Responsibilities:
    - Prepare and review documents, technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedules
    - Manage environmental compliance for small to large-scale energy projects
    - Work with the Program Manager and other team members throughout the full life cycle of renewable energy projects
    - Maintain confidentiality and exercise safe work practices
    - Participate in the Company's continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts
    - Keep up-to-date on industry trends and attend professional workshops

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's in urban planning, environmental science, or similar field
    - 3-6 years of applicable experience
    - Knowledge of current environmental and city/state development regulations
    - Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced work environment
    - Strong analytical, communication, writing, and organizational skills
