Terraphase Engineering Inc seeks a well-rounded Project Manager with environmental site investigation and remediation experience to independently run projects and support diverse client needs across soil and groundwater systems.

You will lead investigations, coordinate field teams, ensure regulatory standards are met, and manage budgets while delivering clear, jargon-free communications to clients and regulators.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of environmental consulting experience.
• Professional licensure in California (PE or PG) required.
• Strong technical writing and clear verbal communication.
• Hands-on experience with in-situ remediation methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead remedial investigations and feasibility studies.
• Manage remediation implementation projects and budgets.
• Coordinate field efforts, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (RCRA, DTSC, CERCLA, RWQCB, SWRCB).
• Maintain client and regulator communications and project scope.
