Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager in New Jersey to lead environmental investigation, remediation, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites. You will mentor staff and collaborate with technical experts to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years in environmental consulting and 2+ years in project management, with local NJ/Eastern PA presence preferred. Occasional field visits and a strong safety culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in environmental consulting preferred.
• 2+ years of task management or assistant project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and budgets for multiple sites in environmental investigation and remediation.
• Coordinate with field technicians, scientists, and engineers to deliver tasks on time.
• Write and review technical reports, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Maintain timely client and regulatory communications and project budgets.
