Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of 4-5 employees in the Chicago office.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the Chicago area.
• Perform semi-annual performance and salary reviews for staff.
• Ensure deliverables meet internal QA/QC standards.
• Develop and expand client relationships.
