Job summary

Earth Systems LLC seeks an experienced Environmental Project Manager for its Lantana, FL team. The role focuses on managing environmental assessment and remediation projects under the FDEP Petroleum Restoration Program (PRP).

The ideal candidate will oversee from assessment through regulatory closure, coordinating with FDEP, clients, and field teams. Candidate should have hands-on Florida PRP project experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven ability to manage budgets and schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Experience managing petroleum-contaminated site assessment/remediation in Florida.
• Strong knowledge of FDEP cleanup requirements and regulatory processes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental assessment and remediation projects under FDEP PRP.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and regulatory deliverables.
• Prepare and coordinate FDEP reports, work plans, proposals, and docs.
• Lead soil and groundwater investigations, monitoring, and site closure.
• Coordinate with FDEP, clients, labs, drillers, and field staff.
• Review data and develop remediation/recommendation strategies.
• Manage multiple projects with quality, budget and timelines.
• Provide mentorship to scientific and engineering staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure work complies with Company Health & Safety requirements.
