Qualifications

• 4-8 years of site investigation and remediation experience
• 2-6 years of project management experience
• Strong knowledge of NJ environmental laws and regulations
• Experience with proposal preparation and technical writing
• Experience with site characterization and remediation technologies
• Proven ability to manage staff, subcontractors, and clients
• Commitment to safety and use of digital tools

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage due diligence, environmental monitoring, and reporting for multiple projects
• Develop scopes of work and proposals with clients and vendors
• Manage field staff, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet schedules and budgets
• Track project budgets and profitability
• Train, supervise, and mentor project staff
• Prepare and review reports demonstrating site model development and technical writing
• Apply NJDEP and CSRR guidance and state/federal regulations
• Maintain knowledge of environmental regulations, technologies, and practices
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and ownership of high-quality results
