Job summary

WSB is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to join our team in Idaho. You will lead civil and environmental engineering projects from concept through construction, including remediation and brownfield work, with a focus on schedule, budget, and technical quality.

The role requires a PE license (ID or any state) preferred, 6+ years in design and construction oversight, and proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Construction Management or similar degrees.
• PE license in ID or any state preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proven leadership and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and environmental engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Oversee design development including plans, drawings, reports, and permitting.
• Ensure quality and technical excellence across project deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff.
• Conduct field visits and provide construction oversight.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
