Qualifications
- BS degree in Engineering, Geology, Geosciences, or Environmental Science.
- 4–6 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A current valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Field activities include soil, groundwater, and air sampling; in-situ remedial tech; subcontractor oversight.
- Extensive note-taking and effective coordination with project team members.
- Provide emergency response support for train derailments/HAZMAT spills; potential travel across the southeast.
- Office activities include data management, preparing technical reports, work plans, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate schedules with subcontractors and produce figures/maps/boring logs.
