Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking an Environmental Programs Manager to provide direction and technical guidance for Contingent Workers and Employee Owners across multiple locations. You will lead staffing, recruitment, and career development while ensuring efficient project execution in Right-of-Way Solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a Right-of-Way field, 5+ years of experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Right-of-Way Solutions discipline from accredited program.
Minimum five years related professional experience in Right-of-Way Solutions project execution including leading teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to clearly present complex information to all levels of employees, management and clients.
Ability to influence, lead and manage change.
Strong project execution and interpersonal skills as well as a strategic perspective.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Provide direction, leadership and technical guidance to Contingent Workers and Employee Owners.
Assist with staff development, career pathing, and retention.
Recruiting, field assignments, development, training, and retention.
Define objectives, organize projects, develop standards for the Right-of-Way Solutions group.
Advance tools, processes and workflows to increase efficiency.
Participate in division and department meetings.
Contribute to staff planning and career development.
