You will manage environmental operations staff and oversee inspections, collaborating with Project Managers to meet regulatory requirements and support sustainable campus operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental field and 4+ years of EHS experience.
• Solid understanding of environmental laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the environmental operations team and develop staff.
• Oversee inspections and monitoring for storm water, wastewater, air and other programs.
• Direct development and implementation of SPCC and storm water programs.
• Oversee environmental sampling, review results, and prepare reports.
• Provide leadership in the absence of the Associate Director and coordinate with regulatory bodies.
• Participate as a UT Hazmat team member and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
