Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drafts laws, rules and regulations applicable to the program.
• Drafts grant applications and budget proposals; participates in fiscal activities.
• Manages staff personnel matters including training, evaluation and hiring.
• Plans and conducts meetings with other agencies and private sector.
