Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions in Brownsburg, Indiana, is seeking an Environmental Program Manager to develop, implement, and continuously improve environmental compliance across operations, including hydrovac and field activities. You will lead programs, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive corrective actions.

The role emphasizes environmental data analytics, risk management, and collaboration with sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of environmental compliance or environmental management experience in industrial, utility, construction, transportation, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of EPA regulations, environmental permitting, waste management, stormwater compliance, and spill prevention programs.
• Experience leading environmental audits, inspections, investigations, and regulatory interactions.
• Experience with environmental data analytics or AI-enabled compliance tools preferred; mobility within work environments and occasional travel may be required.

The Environmental Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental compliance programs across operations. The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.

What You'll Need for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of environmental compliance or environmental management experience in industrial, utility, construction, transportation, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of EPA regulations, environmental permitting, waste management, stormwater compliance, and spill prevention programs.
• Experience leading environmental audits, inspections, investigations, and regulatory interactions.
• Experience with environmental data analytics or AI-enabled compliance tools preferred. The role requires mobility within work environments, use of office equipment, lifting up to 20 pounds, clear vision and hearing, effective communication skills, and occasional travel for site visits, inspections, meetings, and training sessions.
