Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Mechanical, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in manufacturing, engineering, operations, maintenance, environmental, or other technical roles.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Investigate environmental and operational issues and develop effective solutions.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Interpret environmental regulations and assess impacts to facility operations.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to maintain compliance and improve performance.
• Support air compliance programs, permitting, and environmental reporting.
• Analyze process data and operating conditions to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical support during operational upsets and environmental events.
• Participate in weekend duty rotations and emergency response activities as needed.
