Job summary

Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking an Environmental Principal in Miami to lead environmental projects, oversee client relationships, and drive regional growth. The role combines technical leadership with strategic delivery across multiple engagements in South Florida.

Ideal candidates will have strong environmental consulting or leadership experience, knowledge of local regulations and permitting, and the ability to develop new business opportunities in the Miami market.

Qualifications

• Strong environmental consulting or leadership experience.
• Proven success managing projects and client relationships.
• Knowledge of the Miami / South Florida regulatory environment.
• Familiarity with DERM requirements is highly preferred.
• Ability to contribute to business development and bring an existing network or book of business.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

• Lead and manage environmental projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and client communication
• Provide senior technical and strategic oversight across multiple engagements
