• Excellent written and oral communication with initiative and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage New Jersey LCV’s political program and coordinated election work.
• Support PAC activities and ensure compliance with NJ rules and reporting.
• Develop resources for local officials and a networking/engagement program for partners.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders through webinars, events, and communications via CRM.
• Develop and execute coordinated electoral campaign plans and identify endorsement targets.
• Represent the organization to partners and elected officials to build influence for environmental policies.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the work.
• Assist with accountability efforts and scorecard publication.
