• Equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Plan Review: Evaluate sewage facility plans and updates for regulatory compliance and resource protection.
• Municipal Coordination: Meet with local officials on requirements, timelines and project content.
• Program Oversight: Monitor local agency admin of on-lot sewage programs and suggest improvements.
• Field Investigation: Conduct surveys and inspections to document sewage needs and actions.
• Compliance Actions: Initiate enforcement steps and gather information for orders and hearings.
• Data Management: Enter accurate information into electronic systems and review permit applications.
