Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or closely related field.
• 5+ years of planning and design experience.
• AICP certification desired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Extensive graphics and report document production experience.
• Experience with GIS.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Writes CEQA and NEPA documents and coordinates with environmental specialists.
• Performs environmental research and evaluates potential project impacts.
• Contributes to mitigation measures and integrates reports into deliverables.
• Under supervision of Senior Environmental Planner or Environmental Project Manager.
