GrayMar Environmental Services, LLC is expanding nationwide and seeking an Operations Manager to support branch performance, safety, compliance, and efficiency. You will provide leadership for field teams, manage projects, coordinate resources, and help drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional service.

The role emphasizes safety-centric culture, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with HR, finance, and operations to optimize practice and outcomes.

Qualifications

• AS/AA degree or equivalent training in HAZWOPER/Environmental field.
• 8+ years supervising and managing projects in environmental services, or 5+ years with 3+ years in supervision.
• 10+ years driving experience with clean record.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and RCRA regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Field Office teams while modeling GrayMar values.
• Ensure employees are educated in safe work practices and compliant procedures.
• Develop, coach, train, and promote employees with ongoing feedback and goals.
• Identify and pursue customer opportunities to support branch revenue.
• Oversee projects in environmental remediation, industrial services, and emergency response.
• Coordinate resources, dispatch, scheduling, and management across projects and emergencies.
• Prepare scope of work, cost estimates, quotes, and HAZCOM/Safety analyses.
