Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) in Fort Lauderdale, FL, seeks an Analyst I to prepare and analyze environmental samples using EPA methodologies in compliance with Eurofins QA programs. Position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 10 am–6 pm, with a $20–25/hr pay range.

Qualified candidates hold a BS/BA in chemistry (or related field) with lab experience; production experience is a plus. Excellent benefits, growth opportunities, and a diverse, inclusive team are offered.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in chemistry or related field; 3 years lab experience may substitute.
• Laboratory experience is a plus.
• Previous production-oriented work helpful (deadlines)

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples using standard techniques.
• Perform chemical analysis using standard techniques and calculate data.
• Record and report data and any unusual test occurrences to the supervisor.
• Perform routine instrument maintenance and housekeeping.
• Follow GMP/GLP and QA standards.
• Work under close supervision and learn protocols in several disciplines.
